1. About Mazwi Store

Mazwi Store is an online retailer specialising in the sale of new, refurbished, and pre-owned Apple iPhones and related mobile devices. All devices sold by Mazwi Store are professionally tested and verified to be in proper working condition at the time of sale.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order with Mazwi Store, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.

Mazwi Store reserves the right to refuse service where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Products & Availability

• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual devices may vary slightly.
• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), debit/credit card, or approved payment partners where applicable.
• Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Mazwi Store delivers nationwide within South Africa.
• Delivery timelines typically range between 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier services.
• Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery or collection.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt only if the product is faulty or not as described.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened electronic devices.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• For refurbished and pre-owned devices, cosmetic wear consistent with prior use does not constitute a defect.

7. Warranty

All devices are covered by a 6-month limited hardware warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The warranty covers manufacturing or hardware defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical or liquid damage
• Software-related issues
• Misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
• Devices that have been opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorised third parties

8. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of the device transfer to the customer upon successful payment and confirmed delivery or collection.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mazwi Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased through our platform, except where required by law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Mazwi Store respects customer privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
